MA, LPCLifespan Integration, Neurofeedback, Attachment-Focused EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), Hypnotherapy & Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy are among the evidence-based methods we’ll use to help you feel better, faster. Do you notice that worry, conflict, or self-doubt are leaving you feeling exhausted, paralyzed, or overwhelmed? Or find yourself stuck in situations or patterns that no longer serve you? If past or current events are limiting your ability to fully live your life, this could be a great time to see a therapist. When you enter new territory, having a skilled companion by your side--to really listen, see your strengths, offer new tools, and be with you while you explore and heal the difficult places--can give you the clarity, courage, and confidence to effectively make the changes you want to see in your life more quickly.

LPCYou want real change. Not just coping skills or check-ins—but actual healing. Relief. Transformation. You’re tired of patterns that keep showing up in your relationships—whether you’re struggling to stay connected, set boundaries, or make sense of how your past shows up in the present. Maybe you’re navigating life with someone who’s intense, reactive, shut down, or maybe that someone is you. You’re trying your best, but it all still lives in your nervous system. You want support that’s attuned to your history, grounded in science, and fiercely committed to your growth, healing, and transformation. You don’t have to do this alone.

MAI believe that you are the expert of your own healing process. I provide space for in-depth exploration, offering compassion, curiosity, creativity, and resources. I work to align with you so that together we can address the factors that are impeding your well-being and growth. As we move through a time where it increasingly feels that the ground beneath us is shifting, my aim is to support you in not only coping with the challenges ahead, but thriving and moving forward as the empowered creator of your own story. Therapy is an opportunity to slow down and cultivate more authentic alignment with yourself, others, and your community.

LCSWIf white knuckling, self shaming, pulling yourself up by your bootstraps worked, you’d be “cured” a billion times over. It doesn’t. At least not for me or people whose brains are different. Our minds race and it feels impossible to turn off and rest. Sometimes we use substances or other behaviors in a harmful way just to get through the day. There’s more to life out there. A more peaceful and meaningful life is possible. We need to go deeper and get to the root of things. I’ll go with you.

LCSWI am not currently accepting new clients. I am a psychotherapist, licensed as a clinical social worker, certified as an alcohol and drug counselor and TRE provider, drawing on over 35 years of experience. My primary foundational belief is that our mind and body operate as one organism, which contains its own healing potential. I use evidence-based approaches (IFS, EMDR, TRE, SSP, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy) to assist clients in the natural healing process that includes moving to a state of regulation in the nervous system and accessing the wisdom that already exists in a person’s brain chemistry and somatic experience.

LCSWYou may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by anxiety, depression, or the pressure to always hold things together. Maybe you’ve lost touch with your own needs, or you’re moving through a big transition and longing for more clarity, connection, or meaning. My clients often want to feel more at home in themselves, more present in relationships, and more grounded in their lives. They’re seeking a therapist who can hold both the practical and the soulful, and who honors the complexity of their experiences.

MA, CMHCI greatly enjoy working with individuals who are motivated to grow and actively involved in their own care. I approach the therapeutic process from a perspective of curiosity and use a broad range of professional, cultural, and life experiences to connect with a diverse spectrum of patients. Having served for several years as a first responder with Jackson County, I saw the impact of trauma firsthand, and remain dedicated to approaching trauma, anxiety, and depression through a lens of understanding and compassion. My goal is to facilitate, nurture, and cultivate a strong foundation that generates long-term success for the patient.
