Parenting is hard. The journey toward becoming a parent can be confusing and messy. It can be filled with joy, anticipation, anxiety... and can be incredibly challenging. I specialize in perinatal mental health; this therapy is designed to support individuals and families during the critical stages of pregnancy & early parenthood. The hardest part of this process is often taking the first step; because of that, I am genuinely glad you are here. I approach therapy with warmth and curiosity. As a therapist, I believe that with the right tools, and occasional guidance, we all have the capacity to thrive.
