I’m a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner offering an integrative, trauma-informed approach to care. I take a comprehensive approach to care, which begins with a 90-minute evaluation. At the foundation of my practice is ensuring that you feel safe, heard, and supported. We will develop a treatment plan together that may incorporate medication, supportive psychotherapy, and other lifestyle interventions. My treatment recommendations are intentional and tailored to each individual. I work closely with my patients to monitor treatment efficacy and ensure you get the relief you deserve.
