I have been trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Animal Assisted Therapy, Play Therapy, Sandtray, and Family Therapy In my approach, I focus on highlighting our strengths that we can use to achieve personal and/or professional growth. This process can be achieved by intentionally developing skills to be more present in our life and a self-awareness of patterns that may be ineffective for the life we want to lead. I also recognize the strength it takes to seek change and appreciate how the process can look different for everyone.
