About Me
I primarily use EMDR and ACT but practice from a Jungian lens: basically that means I like to dive deep into our inner worlds and give voice to the things we’ve often had to shove down in order to survive. I believe that “healing” or “success” in therapy is about moving toward an individual sense of wholeness and integration. Many of my clients come to me after doing lots of other kinds of therapy and still feel like there's "something missing" or that they want to go to a different level beyond skills and self-awareness.
