I work with adults, teens, and couples navigating complex trauma, BPD, anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, suicidal thoughts, and relational issues. I specialize in working with veterans, law enforcement, first responders, medical staff, and their families; as a US Navy Veteran myself, I understand the culture, pressure, and unspoken weight that come with service. I show up as someone who’s lived it, not just studied it, staying in it with you as we move through discomfort to reclaim your agency, authenticity, and alignment.
