I offer therapy through compassionate listening, empowering clients as experts in their lives, employing EMDR and Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, grief-support and fostering strength-based growth with empathy and psycho-education. My ideal therapy client is someone who is engaged in the therapeutic process and also eager to explore personal growth and change. They possess an open-minded attitude and are highly motivated to participate in their own healing and self-improvement journey. The type of client with with who I work best is someone who's experienced trauma or grief and is ready to explore and heal their vulnerabilities. They may also be struggling with anxiety and depression, either individually or within a couple's dynamic, and are seeking support to navigate these challenges and find a path towards emotional well-being and healthier relationships.
