Hi! My name is Noël, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience in a variety of settings. I completed an MSW at Loma Linda University and a Social Work Fellowship at Yale University. Combining the skill work of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a focus on Existentialism and Narrative Therapy is my preferred approach. Rest assured though, I will choose the evidence-based practice that research recommends, and discuss your options with you. Everyone deserves to be truly heard, and their life journey respected.
