Accepting New Clients: Adults, teens, and couples. I believe that the things bringing you to therapy–anxiety, self-doubt, relationship struggles, overwhelm–make sense. They didn’t appear out of nowhere; they developed for reasons. At some point, they helped you cope, protect yourself, or belong. But maybe now they feel heavy or limiting. Together, we’ll slow things down. We’ll look at the stories you carry about who you are, where they came from, and whether they still fit. We’ll gently get to know the different parts of you, and begin to understand how each has been trying to help.
