I will provide a nonjudgmental space to support you, provide problem solving and practical strategies, offer new perspectives, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and help you gain clarity and confidence. I have a direct approach to therapy; I aim to be forthcoming in our sessions, yet in a way that is honoring to you. My clients are experts on their own lives and I aim to draw on their expertise to facilitate change.
