I incorporate EMDR, expressive arts, play therapy, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, CBT, DBT, and attachment and somatic-based practices into I currently have availability for couples. The practice has other availability with Lana Horvath in Bend and via telehealth, visit the practice website for detailed information on scheduling. My goal is for you to have choice in your life. In my work with clients I focus on reducing negative beliefs and upsetting emotional responses, strengthening relationships, increasing mindfulness, and processing life events. I enjoy working with children, adults, couples, and families who seek a greater understanding of themselves and those around them.
