I have been working in the helping field for 15 years. I specialize in treating OCD, anxiety, posttraumatic stress, and substance use disorders. I’m very well trained in exposure and response prevention therapy (ERP), one of the most effective treatments for OCD. I also draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, self-compassion, and feminist theory. I treat teens to adults from age 13 to 70. I practice from a social justice lens, with an awareness of how systems of power and oppression shape our mental health.
