My primary therapeutic goal is to support individuals, in their journey towards healthy and sustainable growth, including resolution of any past trauma. My approach is grounded in collaboration. I recognize that life can bring periods of feeling stuck, disconnected, being caught in patterns of avoidance, anxiety, and discontentment. In response, I offer a trauma-informed, intermodal framework that incorporates creative and expressive arts therapies alongside evidence-based practices. Together, we work to build skills that foster intentional growth and healing from past experiences, empowering clients to move toward in their goals.
