Now taking children and teens with PacificSource OHP. I work with children, teens, and adults using traditional counseling approaches as well as neurofeedback. In my approach, you will be supported and guided in an empathetic and therapeutic environment while you address your personal challenges and complete your goals. I use cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based interventions, often combined with neurofeedback, to help clients bring change to their lives. My approach to therapy will help clients improve emotional regulation, self-control, mood, cognitive functioning, and build greater resiliency to the many stresses of life.
