I believe that throughout our lives we are seeking to deepen our self-awareness, learn & grow from our experiences, & aim to break patterns of behavior that are no longer benefiting us. While we’re doing the best we can with the knowledge we have, there may be times we need additional support. I understand the complexities that come with exploring our inner world & believe it takes a lot of bravery, strength & vulnerability to peel back the curtain & take a look inside; especially when the idea of doing so feels scary, confusing, or impossible.
