I work with couples and individuals providing telehealth therapy. My approach is compassionate and encouraging, helping you get clear on what steps you need to take next. But and also, if I'm doing my job well, we are going to face some truths, practice vulnerability and sitting with hard feelings, learn how to sit with joy and pleasure, and tend to your inner critic. I am particularly passionate about sexual health, and work to help you develop safe emotional spaces in yourself and your relationships, so you can cultivate the intimacy you desire.
