It's hard to live in this world right now, especially if you are sensitive and empathic. I help those feeling emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected and longing for a greater sense of peace, confidence, empowerment and connection with others and Life. My clients may have big feelings, experience chronic issues, care deeply about the world, and struggle with issues that keep them living small. I believe we heal ourselves -and our world- together. Through our therapeutic relationship we will create an empowering space to release symptoms and patterns that no longer serve, in order to cultivate and offer the world your true self.
