Deciding to seek support for yourself or for your child is a brave and important act of self-care. My hope is to offer you (or your child/teen) an experience of being seen and understood so that we can tend to the responses you've had to the things in your life that have been impactful. Often the outer world may see your functionality and strength yet your inner world contains the disturbance or unease. Bringing about self-insight and more emotional safety & connection into one's life often leads to an increased sense of well-being. I truly take an interest in & enjoy working with children, teens, college students and adults.
