My heart is to create a warm non-judgmental space for my clients to experience safety, compassion, and healing. I allow the client to focus therapy on the areas and concerns that are most important to them. I use therapeutic tools and interventions to help the client deepen their emotional insight, navigate hardship, and build resilience. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to bring freedom, healing, and change and use evidence-based practices to achieve these metrics.
