Life is a journey with many paths and seasons, each offering lessons that invite us into new ways of being in the world. My role as a counselor is to walk alongside you as a fellow traveler, helping you identify and remove obstacles that may be limiting growth, healing, or fulfillment in your life.
I discovered my therapeutic lens while working with young Hurricane Katrina survivors. Witnessing the profound impact trauma has on developing brains and nervous systems shaped my understanding of resilience. I believe all people have an innate capacity to heal when given the right support, safety, and opportunity.
