I feel passionately about my work with individuals, couples and families who seek to be supported and challenged in the dilemmas they face. I value choice, collaboration, curiosity in the therapeutic process. My work with couples, individuals and families is informed by the experiential therapy approaches of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Somatic Experiencing, Sand Tray Therapy and Internal Family Systems, commonly referred to as “parts work.”
