My office is a safe and respectful space to explore recent stress or old wounds that are affecting your present life. Whether you have a nagging feeling that something in your life isn't quite right or a more pervasive signal, the process of therapy is a way to step into yourself more fully. I have an integrative approach to practicing therapy. I am a licensed professional counselor and registered art therapist. I incorporate body-centered mindfulness techniques, Internal Family Systems work, art therapy, EMDR and relational therapy into my work. I work with clients in the states of Oregon and Washington.
