Using EMDR, ACT, and integrative trauma-informed approaches, I offer a grounded space to process, gain tools, and create meaningful shifts in your life. My ideal client is someone who has been strong for too long, someone dealing with trauma, burnout, grief, anxiety, or repeated exposure to stressful situations. They may feel disconnected from themselves, unsure how to slow down, or stuck in patterns that no longer work. They want relief, understanding, and a therapist who “gets it” without needing long explanations. Their goals are to feel more stable, build healthier patterns, reconnect with their values, and experience a life that feels sustainable and fulfilling.
