I work with thoughtful, values-driven adults who appear to be functioning well on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted on the inside. They are self-aware, but struggling with perfectionism, self-criticism, relational challenges, grief/loss, anxiety, or patterns that no longer feel aligned with who they are. Clients who seek me out are typically interested in more than symptom management. They want to understand themselves more deeply, explore internal narratives, and make shifts that are meaningful and long-lasting. I draw from ACT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and EMDR in my work.
