I am passionate about working with adult individuals who feel stuck or disconnected with life. I enjoy working with people to feel more balance, self-acceptance, and build agency in their own lives. My clients might have had traumatic experiences in their lives, be struggling with anxiety or depression, or live with bipolar disorder. My hope is to provide you an opportunity for growth through connecting with yourself and your emotions, building skills to identify and manage symptoms, learning how to strengthen your relationships, and to feel that you are living an authentic and intentional life.
