Many people feel overwhelmed at times by feelings of depression, anxiety, compulsive and self-destructive behavior and addictions. Sometimes relationships are stressful and challenging rather than being sources of enjoyment, support and meaning. My goal is to create a safe place in which to heal. I provide a structure where clients can process and integrate difficult issues, change self-destructive thoughts and behaviors and improve their relationships with others.
