The therapeutic relationship is a very important part of therapy. Often times clients explore their relational attachments, bonds and experiences through their relationship with their therapist. I aim to provide a safe and comfortable environment. I believe everyone can achieve an optimum state of health. Often times humans do not change until facing a crisis, or having suffered. Together we can help you to learn more about who you are and how you relate to the world around you and what may need to change. We all need to be comfortable with change as “the only thing that is constant is change” (philosopher Heraclitus)
