Hello! I'm Bre, and I bring a trauma-informed and holistic approach to therapy, focusing on the mind, body, and environment. Central to my practice are several core beliefs: that all people are capable of healing and positive change, that each of us has an innate inner wisdom that can guide us on our journey toward healing, and that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors (even the ones we don’t like) serve a purpose. Although we all possess the ability to change, I understand that the path toward growth and healing can be a difficult and winding road.
