I work with individuals, families, and couples. Primarily with neurodivergent adults (often diagnosed as ADHD/Autistic, or self-described highly sensitive people) who are navigating mental and emotional health issues like burnout, relationship strain, trauma, or the exhaustion of living in neurodominant, patriarchal, and capitalistic systems. I work with couples who feel stuck in recurring conflict, communication breakdown, or sexual desire discrepancies. Many of my clients are late-diagnosed or self-identifying and are beginning to untangle who they are beneath years of disempowerment, frustration, coping, and overcompensating.
