I work from an integrative approach to psychotherapy that utilizes Adaptive Information Processing Model ( EMDR) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) which is trauma-informed, experiential, systems-based and attachment-oriented. I am inspired by the natural world and see life as a web of interconnected relationships—from atoms to culture, mind to body, individuals to loved ones to environments and the larger cosmos. My work focuses on how these connections shape well-being and how they can be transformed to support growth. I believe people naturally thrive when offered safety and support. However, early patterns of relating can leave us feeling “stuck” in anxiety, stress, depression, or relationship distress. In therapy, you are the expert of your experience, and all of you is welcome as we work together to create new possibilities for healing and thriving.
