I enjoy working with clients struggling with feelings of disconnection from their lives, values, and goals using true connection, warmth, and authenticity as a foundation for change. My clients value me as an attentive listener, but I do not shy away from non-judgmental reflection on patterns that may be misaligned with their goals. I can address trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions using a variety of tools tailored to each person's need. I work with older teens and adults, and I have experience working with folks of diverse sexualities, gender, cultural backgrounds, body sizes, and non-monogamy.
