I believe people are complex, and the path to growth and healing can be tricky to navigate. The work I offer is a collaborative approach based off trust, curiosity, understanding, and empathy and I aim to adjust my approach to each individual client's needs.
We all have deep internal wisdom and capacity for growth, and it's my passion to help clients connect more fully to their wise inner self to encourage meaningful change.
I mostly work with adults from various backgrounds and walks of life, and especially enjoy supporting folks within the LGBTQ+ community!
