I work with a wide range of clients, including those navigating neurodivergence, anxiety, and depression. The common thread that weaves my work together is the belief that we all deserve to feel safe, regulated, free and at home in our bodies.
Through art therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, and somatic therapy, I will support you in embodying this state of being. I believe deeply in the power of focused attention and will collaborate with you to intentionally direct your awareness toward what truly matters, so you can create an aligned, values-based life.
