I am a Certified EMDR and Perinatal Mental Health counselor specializing in healing from birth and reproductive trauma, PTSD, and perinatal mood disorders like anxiety, health anxiety, and OCD. Counseling is a powerful process of coming together in relationship to heal. Through the use of EMDR, ego-state and attachment focused work I offer a grounding presence as a foundation for clients to slow down, take space and lean into vulnerability while confronting distress. I also utilized ACT, ERP and I-CBT to support treatment of anxiety and OCD.
