Mental health is one of the most important aspects of our lives and should be recognized as a critical component of public health. Therapy can play an important role across the spectrum from prevention when we feel well to support during our most difficult moments. I have worked in the mental health field for over 15 years and have been licensed as a psychologist for over 10 years. I specialize in working with adults across a wide range of issues and concerns, including: trauma, anxiety and stress, depression, bipolar disorders, substance use issues, relational issues, work/school issues, and ADHD.
