Hello, my name is Angie Browning and I am so glad you are here. My work focuses on individual counseling with adults ages 18+ surrounding topics such as Developmental Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Parenting, Relational Conflict & Challenges, Family Dynamics, Women’s Issues, Self-Discovery, Complex PTSD, Attachment Patterns, Spirituality, Transitions, and Coping Skills.

I approach treatment from a Psychobiological lens largely supported by both Attachment and Psychodynamic Theories. My first goal of treatment is to build a relationship with you just as you are, and then help you in achieving the goals that are important to you.
