Most of the clients I work with have goals related to improving their mood or sleep, better coping with anxiety or anger, or improving their relationships with friends or family. They want to improve these areas of their lives so they can feel better and increase their overall quality of life which allows them to live more happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives. I believe that everyone has a right to seeking their best life regardless of ethnicity, gender, or sexuality. I consider myself an ally and have helped many individuals of the LGBTQ+ community achieve their goals.
