I tend to work with people who feel traumatized, have difficulty relaxing, and are pushed to their wits end. I specialize in trauma and PTSD, and have experience working with numerous concerns including anxiety and depression, anger, grief, substance misuse, self-esteem, and existential crises. I primarily work with adults, and may see adolescents on a case by case basis. I offer Talk Therapy, Music Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR).
