Welcome, courageous seekers of something different in their lives or the world. I endeavor to co-create a safe place where you can try something new. Our nervous systems are designed in such a way that we are all naturally connected and wired to connect. From birth through death, when we are safe enough, we reach out for another. And all through this time we are given messages about just how safe, or unsafe, connection truly is. I specialize in working with adults whose young life provided messages of unsafety in connection, and who then often find relationships with self and others challenging in their present day lives.
