About
Telehealth across Oregon.
If you’re a high-masking woman feeling burned out, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself, you’re not alone. Many of the women I work with are exploring or newly discovering that Autism or ADHD helps make sense of their experience. Years of pushing through, over-functioning, and meeting everyone else’s needs can leave you exhausted and unsure of who you are underneath the mask.
If therapy has felt like more pressure to “fix” yourself or think your way out of distress, you may be craving something different. I offer a spacious, nervous-system-aware approach that honors sensory needs, identity shifts, and the realities of late diagnosis.
I integrate Expressive Arts Therapy and body-based practices to support burnout recovery, emotional regulation, and self-trust. Rather than focusing only on insight, we may use image, movement, writing, or other creative modalities to access what words alone cannot reach. My work is grounded in formal training in expressive arts as an intermodal clinical practice, not simply the use of art activities in session.
You deserve therapy that respects your complexity, your intelligence, and your pace.
If you’d like to explore working together, I welcome you to reach out.
