About Me

Life can be hard, and so can reaching out for help. I am here to support you in a direct, compassionate way that honors your autonomy and ability to direct your own life. My goal is to help you meet your goals and for you to live the life you want in the way that best serves you. I have worked with clients from ages 4 and up, indivuals, families, and couples, assisting them all to help find peace and growth in a supportive, compassionate way. While my primary focus has been as a trauma therapist, I am available to help with other concerns that you may have.

I have been a therapist since 2011, and have been licensed since 2019. Throughout that time, I have been trained in a multitude of ways that may be helpful to you. I am trained through Phase 3 in Brainspotting with David Grand, am completing EMDR levels one and two, and have a post graduate certificate in foster and adoptive family therapy from Portland State University.
