Many clients arrive feeling overwhelmed or stuck in old patterns. You may be looking for clarity, steadiness, and a space where you don’t have to hold everything together, a space to be heard, to breathe, and to sort through what’s weighing on you so you can feel more grounded and in control. I support individuals and couples, including first responders, working through trauma, stress, communication challenges, and ADHD.
