Are you tired of therapists starting their Psychology Today profile with a question? You may be now, but at least you might also understand my sense of humor. Humor is something I love to bring into therapy; however, this doesn't mean that I'm not serious about the concerns you bring to therapy. All of us struggle with suffering in our lives and sometimes you need someone to walk with you through that, whether it be something you wish to change or something that you cannot. My hope is to help my clients find meaning in life while also helping to identify the connections between our individual concerns and larger systems in life.
