In addition to talk therapy, I bring advanced training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), for which I hold certification, as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS). I specialize in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and complex trauma, including long-term or repeated emotional wounds that may not have had space to heal. If you’re carrying trauma from the past—whether it’s been months or years—I offer a supportive environment where you don’t have to explain everything at once. We move at your pace.
