I am glad you are here and I would like to help you find the right support. I work with adults and couples in the Seattle & Portland, areas who struggle with adjustment, managing emotions, or relationships. I believe we all already have exactly what we need. I find it quite rewarding to team up with clients and find ways to harness their strengths. I am relationship-based and balance compassion with frank communication.
