Now accepting clients. I support my clients in identifying recurring patterns where they may feel stuck and I help them understand how these patterns influence their emotions, and behaviors. I create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment that encourages clients to explore difficult or challenging topics with increasing comfort and openness. I guide clients in processing trauma and anxiety at a pace that feels manageable and empowering. I also teach and reinforce grounding strategies to help clients build emotional stability and experience a stronger sense of safety and control while talking about difficult subjects.
