These theories include, but are not limited to Trauma-informed person centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR. I combine warmth, empathy curiosity with a sprinkling of humor to build our therapeutic relationship and create a space where your story can be told: working with you to discover and build on your strengths to meet your goals. I have worked extensively with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, along with caregivers and individuals living with terminal illness.
