Hello! I am a licensed counselor specializing in supporting those navigating anxiety, relationships, ADHD, Autism, life transitions, career or college goals, and PTSD, utilizing a holistic approach. I help clients process and explore their authentic selves, including unpacking patterns of masking—hiding or suppressing who you are—which can contribute to stress, anxiety, and burnout. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, trauma-informed care, and EMDR, I work collaboratively to create a safe space where clients can process experiences, develop coping strategies, build resilience, self-understanding, and meaningful connections.
