I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 17 years experience providing outpatient, residential, and crisis mental health services. I provide compassionate, direct, and collaborative treatment, and draw from person centered, relational, and feminist theory to empower my clients.
I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions. I support postpartum parents with the complicated transition to parenthood, and provide evidenced based therapy to help reduce disordered eating beliefs and behaviors. We work together to create realistic goals for treatment, and use concrete measures to asses for progress.
