I offer client-centered somatic therapies, including EMDR and trauma- informed yoga and mindfulness. Are you in the midst of a major transition (into parenthood? out of a relationship? caregiving a loved one? kids fledging the nest?) or are you finding yourself in the wake of a painful loss, new diagnosis, or shift in your personal direction? These moments in our lives can be disorienting or feel like they collapse us entirely. I find it deeply meaningful to walk with people though these challenging or painful times in their lives and back out into the warmth and sun of the next chapter. I will create a safe place to share your story and goals, so we can craft a plan for healing and growth with your innate strengths and wisdom.
